How do we do it

We carry out both Quantitative and Qualitative Research

Quantitative research:
Quantitative research is often used to provide statistical findings and to substantiate the findings from qualitative research. We conduct the following quantitative fieldwork methods:
  • Face 2 Face: Central Locations, In-Home Visits, or On Streets
  • Online
  • Telephonic

We use a highly qualified team, equipped with the latest hardware and software to enhance data collection.

Qualitative research:
Qualitative research evolves in-depth understanding of consumer behavior and what governs them.
  • In-depth Interviews:A type of qualitative research involving an unstructured personal interview with a single respondent, conducted by a highly skilled interviewer.
The purpose of in-depth interviews is to understand the underlying motivations, beliefs, attitudes and feelings of respondents on a particular subject. In-depth interviews are recommended when research calls for eliciting in-depth personal experiences, opinions and feelings, such details will not be shared in a group setting like in a focus group.
  • Focus groups: The use of focus groups is helpful for identifying attitudes towards an idea or product and for shedding the light on the “why?” and “how?” questions. Focus groups are also recommended when brainstorming about a specific subject is needed. Multiple perspectives in an interactive setting boost brainstorming.
